Installation help

What to try when a Tjati invitation, TestFlight installation, or beta update does not work.

Find the step you are stuck on below. For the full walkthrough, see Install Tjati on your iPhone.

Public beta installation is not available yet. Tjati's TestFlight invitation is not accepting new testers. You can join the waitlist on tjati.com or email support@tjati.com.

TestFlight is installed, but I cannot see Tjati

Installing TestFlight is the first step. If you have been given a Tjati invitation, open it on the same iPhone. Otherwise, check the access notice in the installation guide.

If you received an email invitation, open that email on your iPhone and tap View in TestFlight.

TestFlight asks for a redemption code

Return to the Tjati invitation and open it on your iPhone. You do not need to invent a code or use a code from another app. If you still cannot continue, email support@tjati.com with the exact message you see.

I cannot find my invitation email

If you were told to expect an email invitation, search for Tjati and TestFlight. Check spam, junk, and any other inbox you may have used to request access.

A waitlist confirmation is different from a TestFlight invitation. If you only have a waitlist confirmation, or cannot find the invitation you expected, contact support@tjati.com. Include the email address you used.

The invitation says the beta is full or unavailable

Tjati's public invitation currently says the beta is not accepting new testers. Public installation is not available yet; joining the waitlist does not grant beta access.

If a different message is unclear, contact support@tjati.com with the message shown.

There is no Install button

Check the invitation for device requirements. Apple shows Install when a compatible build is available. If you already installed Tjati, you may see Update or Open instead. See Apple's TestFlight help for details.

Tjati says the beta has expired

Open TestFlight and check whether Tjati has an Update. Beta versions have a testing period; an expired version needs an available replacement. If no update is offered, email support@tjati.com.

Tjati installs but will not open or respond

Close Tjati and open it again. Check that your iPhone has an internet connection. If the problem continues, contact support before removing the app.

Send us the details

Email support@tjati.com with:

  • What you tried and what happened.
  • The exact message shown, or a screenshot with personal information hidden.
  • Your iPhone model and, if visible, the Tjati version in TestFlight.

Keep passwords and sign-in codes out of your message.
